A Natural Way to Heal

"Reiki is love,

love is wholeness,

wholeness is balance,

balance is well being

well being is freedom from disease."

Dr. Mikao Usui

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that uses energy to promote balance and wellbeing in the body. It is originated in Japan and works by channeling life force energy through a practitioner’s hands to the recipient. The japanese word 'Rei' means 'Universe' and 'Ki' means 'Life', so 'Rei-Ki' means 'Universal Life Force Energy'. During a Reiki session, the recipient will experience a deep sense of relaxation, as the practitioner works to move blocked energy and restore balance. Reiki can help to reduce stress, reduce anxiety and depression, improve sleep, reduce pain, boost the immune system and promote natural healing. It can be used to promote healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive healing technique that can be used in conjunction with traditional medical treatments.

We offer a variety of holistic and energy healing services, including Reiki, Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing. Our recent projects have been focused on helping individuals find balance and harmony within their lives. Learn more about our projects and how we can help you on your journey towards wellness.
